Lucia became Director of the Gallery in 2005 and in 2008/2009 took on the combination role Director, Riddoch Art Gallery and Manager, South East Arts Development for Country Arts SA. Lucia was director of the Port Pirie Regional Art Gallery for seven years and during her career has coordinated many exhibitions.
Lucia has a background in community art, teaching art history and theory at tertiary level and in art project management. She was the Chairperson of Art Zone, an artist run gallery space in Adelaide, and oversaw the 10 year anniversary exhibitions for that organization. Lucia has been actively involved in the development of the Regional Galleries Association of South Australia and until recently held the position of Chairperson.

Carly has worked with the Riddoch Art Gallery since April of 2004 and manages public programs, marketing, volunteers and special projects. Carly has a Bachelor of Arts (Soc. & Crim.) and enjoys photography, creating music and fire twirling.

Jacqui has been involved with the Riddoch Art Gallery since early 2005 and takes care of the Galleries 3 collections (Institute, Riddoch & Gooch), as well as co-ordinating exhibition installations. Jacqui has a Bachelor of Fine Arts and enjoys photography and painting.
