ForestrySA Wood Sculpture Prize
ForestrySA Wood Sculpture Competition

As a sustainable producer of timber ForestrySA is proud to support this competition to promote the beauty and uses of wood, and to assist in the cultural development of one of Australia’s most significant timber producing areas namely the South East of South Australia. Acquisitions from the ForestrySA Wood Sculpture Competition enter the Gallery’s collection of sculptures in wood, which already includes works by Bruce Armstrong, Tim Risely, Giuseppe Romeo, Tony Bishop, Guy Detot, Paul Jurazcek, Kevin Draper, Ted Johnson, Kevin Perkins, Matthew Harding and Billy Petyarre.
