International Limestone Coast

The Riddoch’s Inaugural International Limestone Coast Video Art Festival will showcase innovative works created by local, Australian and international video artists.

Based on the theme “The Lived Body”, the festival focuses on art projects that reveal the human relationship to both technology and nature, demonstrating the complexity of contemporary life and how technology is used to respond to challenges in the 21st century.

The program includes an exhibition, symposium, screenings, workshops & VJ performance that will stimulate, reveal, and surprise!

Friday, 28 September, 6pm

Official opening of the Limestone Coast Video Art Festival, including announcement of the winning Open Call entrant, and special performance by VJ Sustenance.


Saturday, 29 September, 1-3pm
Dress Circle

Video-Body in the New Millenium
Exploring cross issues of art, culture and new technology, this symposium is aimed at defining the concepts and processes characteristic for the use of video technology in general and Video Art in particular.
Featuring presentations by the Video Art Festival artists.
